About Us

A small, personal service that puts you first.

How we listen

Your Voice, Your Choice, Your Decisions

At DiRich Community Support, every client matters. We listen to your views, wishes and preferences and involve you in decisions about your support. We respect your dignity, independence and right to make choices.

Where requested support is safe, appropriate, within our non-regulated service scope and agreed arrangements, we make every reasonable effort to follow your wishes. If we cannot provide something, we explain why and discuss suitable alternatives.

Meet the DiRich team

DiRich is a small, family-run service run by a team of two.

Founder

Over two decades of individual hands-on experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and older people. Our approach is based on listening, patience, dignity and reliability.

Co-founder

More than two decades of individual experience in health and social care, including care homes and community support. This experience helps us provide friendly, person-centred companionship.

Who we support

Adults aged 18 and over in Burton upon Trent and surrounding areas, including older adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism or other additional needs. We do not provide services for children.

What we provide

Companionship and community support only. We do not provide personal care, nursing, medical care, medication help or emergency services. If someone needs that kind of care, we will say so and suggest a suitable registered provider.

We take safeguarding seriously. Read the Safeguarding Policy

We are now open for enquiries and initial assessments for our first clients. Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. Support starts only after needs and suitability and risk assessments, an agreed support plan, a personalised written quotation, a signed service agreement and required consents, and DiRich confirmation of suitable staff, safeguarding, insurance and availability. Enquiries and consultation requests are not bookings. There is no online booking or payment.

Let’s talk about what matters to you.

A friendly, no-obligation conversation by phone or email is a good place to start.
