Introductory offer

Introductory community support package

For our first 10 eligible clients, we offer 40 hours of community support at 25% off our standard £28 per hour rate.

That is £840 for 40 hours (normally £1,120), saving £280.

The 40 hours are provided as a 10-week support arrangement: 4 hours each week. All 40 hours must be used within 10 weeks of the first support visit.

The offer is for adults aged 18+. Support begins only after a suitability assessment, risk assessment, written support plan and signed agreement, subject to availability and DiRich confirmation. The minimum booking remains 4 hours per support visit. There is no online booking or payment.

After completing an introductory package, eligible continuing clients may be offered a loyalty renewal arrangement, confirmed in their personalised written quotation.

Your personalised written quotation

Standard community support packages are priced from £28 to £35 per hour, depending on the agreed support arrangement. A minimum booking of 4 hours per support visit applies.

Our support arrangements are personalised to each person’s needs, circumstances and agreed activities. Before any support begins, we will discuss the services required and provide a clear written quotation for approval.

There are no surprise or unapproved charges. Any agreed support time, activity cost, journey cost or other expense will be explained in writing before booking.

DiRich is not currently VAT-registered. VAT is not added to our quotations.

Support availability is discussed individually. We are closed on Sundays.

The introductory community support package is a separate, limited offer with its own stated price. The standard range above applies to standard packages only.

What we do not provide

We offer companionship and community support only. We do not provide personal care, nursing, medical care, medication support (including medication administration), clinical or medical treatment, hands-on moving and handling, wheelchair transport, hands-on mobility assistance or emergency services. We are not a regulated home care provider. Meal preparation is everyday living support only — it does not include help with eating, special clinical diets or swallowing difficulties.

We are now open for enquiries and initial assessments for our first clients. Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. Support starts only after needs and suitability and risk assessments, an agreed support plan, a personalised written quotation, a signed service agreement and required consents, and DiRich confirmation of suitable staff, safeguarding, insurance and availability. Enquiries and consultation requests are not bookings. There is no online booking or payment.

Transport

Transport may be considered individually, subject to assessment, availability and prior written agreement. We do not provide wheelchair transport or hands-on mobility assistance.

Planned long-term support

24-hour non-regulated support may be arranged through three rotating 8-hour shifts each day. Every arrangement is subject to individual assessment, agreed boundaries, suitable staff availability and all required readiness checks. This is companionship and community support only — not personal care, nursing, medical treatment, medication support, hands-on moving and handling, wheelchair transport or emergency cover. Acceptance and availability are not guaranteed.
