Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Session storage can hold information for a browser tab; local storage can remain until removed. Resource requests and browser caching are not, by themselves, evidence of tracking cookies.
This policy describes the website’s application technology and observed browser behaviour. Local checks are not a complete audit of provider processing on a hosted website.
2. What this website uses
The website does not implement cookie-based login, analytics, advertising, embedded maps/videos or payment scripts. There is no enquiry form; contact and enquiry discussions take place by telephone or email.
Navigation uses session storage named tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3 to remember page scroll positions. This was observed in browser checks; it lasts for the tab’s page session, subject to browser session restoration. No application local-storage entries or accepted cookies were observed in those checks.
3. Fonts, images and hosting
DM Sans and Manrope are now served through the site’s asset-hosting paths rather than a Google Fonts stylesheet. The original DiRich logo uses the same asset-hosting approach; illustrative scene images are bundled with the site. Reviewed page loads made no direct requests to fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com after this change.
Font and logo paths begin /__l5e/assets-v1/ and appear on the same origin in local checks. This does not mean no provider is involved: Lovable’s asset service uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and asset requests can involve technical information such as IP addresses and browser information.
A Cloudflare __cf_bm cookie header was observed on a lovable.app asset response, with Secure and HttpOnly attributes and an expiry approximately 30 minutes after the response. It was not accepted by the local browser. This observation does not establish how cookies behave in a different hosted browser session; no blanket no-cookie claim is made.
Lovable asset and hosting services use Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and asset requests may involve technical information and provider diagnostics. Browser observations alone do not establish all provider processing.
4. Your choices and privacy rights
No cookie banner, preference panel or stored consent choice is implemented. No optional tracker was identified in the reviewed application; this does not establish an exemption for all hosting or navigation technology.
Your browser’s privacy settings can help you inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage. Clearing or blocking navigation storage may affect restoration of scroll positions. These browser controls are not a substitute for any consent DiRich is required to obtain.
Any optional technology requiring consent must remain disabled until appropriate information, prior choice and a working withdrawal control have been implemented and tested. This policy does not limit your applicable UK data-protection rights.
5. External links and future changes
Following an external link opens another website whose own privacy practices apply. Related policy links lead to this website’s notices.
No payment-provider scripts or online payment tools are implemented. Changes involving forms, analytics, embeds or payment tools require fresh privacy and cookie checks before use.
