We are not an emergency service. Email is not monitored for emergencies or 24/7, and no response time is guaranteed. In immediate danger or when urgent police or medical help is needed, call 999. Report urgent safeguarding concerns directly to the relevant local-authority safeguarding service or police; do not wait for an email reply or either safeguarding lead, especially if either is unavailable, implicated or conflicted.

Meeting us

We are happy to meet for a first chat at a place we agree together: a local café for general enquiries, your home or garden where suitable, or a private community venue for confidential conversations. Anything private or personal is discussed privately, never in a café. Meetings depend on availability, consent, privacy and safety.

We are now open for enquiries and initial assessments for our first clients. Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. Support starts only after needs and suitability and risk assessments, an agreed support plan, a personalised written quotation, a signed service agreement and required consents, and DiRich confirmation of suitable staff, safeguarding, insurance and availability. Enquiries and consultation requests are not bookings. There is no online booking or payment.
